ANTHONY NOZZOLILLO JOINS WRS

WRS Inc. proudly announces that Mr. Anthony Nozzolillo has joined it's executive team as their Chief Financial Officer. Tony brings his many skills to WRS having served as Exec. Vice President of Electric Operations for Keyspan Corp. Electric Operations included generation, transmission and distribution management, electric systems planning, forecasting, marketing and operations support.

Tony joined LILCO in 1972 and held various positions, including Manager of Financial Planning and Manager of Systems Planning. In addition to ratemaking and economic analyses, a major area of focus was on mergers and acquisitions. Tony served as Treasurer from 1992 to 1994 and as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 1998. He was appointed Senior Vice President of Keyspan's Electrice Operations in 1999, and promoted to Executive Vice President in 2000.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Long Island University, C.W.Post Campus. Tony is involved in a variety of community organizations, and has served on the Boards of the Lawrence Educational Foundation, Polytechnic University, and the United Way of Long Island.

WRS EXTENDS LABOR AGREEMENT

WRS signs 1 year extension of contract with International Brotherhood of Electrical Worker, Local 1049 for spill clean-up and environmental remediation in Nassau and Suffolk counties.

WRS RESPONDS TO NYC PIPE EXPLOSION

WRS was called in to assist in asbestos clean up after a steam pipe ruptured in New York City. WRS responded with a crew of 40 trained and qualified workers providing 24/7 coverage in the remediation effort. The affected area was up and running in record time.

WRS SIGNS LABOR CONTRACT

WRS signs a 3 year labor contract with Utility Workers of America, Local 1-2 for environmental remediation in the boroughs of New York City and Westchester county.

WRS ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF 2 "STATE OF THE ART" WASTE WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS

New waste water treatment systems will enable significant savings for our customers. These systems are capable of flow rates up to 75 gallons per minute and can remove oil and VOC's/SVOC's from contaminated liquids on site, eliminating costly off-site transportation and disposal.

RALPH RANGHELLI JOINS WRS

Mr. Ranghelli is retained by WRS to assist in Business development and will also assist in an advisory capacity for labor related matters. Mr. Ranghelli is recently retired from the IBEW Local 1049 and served 10 years as the Business Manager. Mr. Ranghelli attended the University of Bridgeport and attended Cornell University, specializing in labor relations.

EVERETT LEWIS JOINS WRS

Mr. Everett Lewis, recently retired from the IBEW Local 1049 has been retained by WRS to assist and advise on local labor relations. Mr. Lewis attended Suffolk Community College for business law and accounting. Mr. Lewis is also a graduate of the Cornell Labor Studies Program and the National Law Institute, specializing in workplace drug testing and equal employment opportunities.
