
IN 2006 THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EXPERIENCED ASBESTOS ABATEMENT DIVISION WAS COMPLETED
to create an air resource and compliance division that handles
asbestos, lead, microbial and hazardous material remediation to meet the
growing demands of our market. WRSES provides "24/7" emergency response
and disaster recovery services with expertise in the areas of emergency
spill response, wastewater treatment, dewatering, natural disaster
response, hazardous/non-hazardous waste management, hazardous waste
remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, demolition, project designing,
Brownfield Restoration and marine spill response.
WRSES has implemented a safety program, which ensures that all employees, client representatives and job site visitor’s receive maximum protection during abatement and remediation activities. We have extensive experience working with Federal, EPA, OSHA, NIOSH, DEC, and DOT agencies, as well as with State and local agency representatives. Subsequently, we are extremely knowledgeable regarding procedures and requirements mandated by these jurisdictional agencies. We have carefully structured all regulatory requirements into written job procedures for the safety and well being of our clients’ personnel, the general public and WRSES employees. We continually exceed the regulatory agency’s mandates and requirements in dealing with various hazardous materials by applying the most stringent regulations.
WRSES
is currently licensed by the State of New York, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Hampshire,
Vermont, and have applications pending with the State of New Jersey. We
are certified to remediate lead, mold, asbestos and
non-hazardous/hazardous waste materials in compliance with applicable
regulatory provisions. All of the firm’s asbestos handlers and
supervisors are certified by New York City Department of Environmental
Protection and New York State Department of Labor. These employees have
successfully completed a mandatory training course in the procedures for
safe, secure and environmentally correct asbestos abatement practice.
We have handlers and supervisors that are certified to hold permits in
New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, issued by the
Department of Health. WRSES employees are union members and have a
reputation for working harmoniously with all unions.
WRSES is insured with an A rated carrier, "Excellent" by "A.M. Best Company." Our insurance programs offers "True" occurrence form general liability coverage with hazardous pollution and with limits of $5,000,000.00 each occurrence and with $5,000,000.00 in the aggregate. WRSES also carries the statutory limits for workers compensation and disability as mandated by the State of New York.
