Courtney Lampasona

Mrs. Lampasona has been employed by WRS since 2005 and has held several management positions within the corporation. In Mrs. Lampasona’s current position she is responsible for all environmental regulatory compliance with Local, State, and Federal Agencies with respect to company licensing and permit requirements as well as employee certification, licensing, and mandatory training. Mrs. Lampasona is also responsible for establishing corporate policies that meet all customer requirements with regard to administrative reports. Additional responsibilities include oversight of corporate payroll and employee relations.
Mrs. Lampasona received her Bachelor of Science degree from Sacred Heart University, her MBA from Adelphi University, and her Masters in Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University. She also possesses her Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the HR Certification Institute and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resource Management.
Mrs. Lampasona is extremely active in social and community affairs and proudly serves as a member of the following organizations:

Robert DeMarinis
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Robert DeMarinis is the COO of WRS Environmental Services. Mr. DeMarinis is tasked with overseeing internal and external operations. Mr. DeMarinis is a nationally respected professional with nearly 40 years of experience in gas distribution, electric transmission and distribution operations. Robert retired from National Grid as Vice President of Gas Operations N.Y., where he was responsible for field operations and construction associated with maintaining and growing a safe and reliable gas distribution network serving 2.3 million customers in the company’s New York State service territory. Mr. DeMarinis has the credentials and reputation to assume this role at WRS.
